New Victorian Site Contamination Obligations – Vic EPA Update

In July 2021, significant amendments to Victoria’s Environment Protection Act 2017 will come into effect, bringing with them new obligations for the management of contaminated land in Victoria, as well as a new general environmental duty, and new obligations to report contamination to EPA Victoria.

In this interactive, virtual forum, EPA Victoria’s Dru Marsh will talk us through the new requirements and practical tips to prepare for commencement of the new regime. 

There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion, just like our other ALGA events (but without the canapes!).
