Farewell & Thank You Eugenia
After three wonderful years with ALGA, we are saying farewell to Eugenia, and we want to take a moment to recognise everything she has contributed to our organisation and community.
Eugenia joined ALGA as a Branch Events Coordinator and grew into her role as Branch Events Manager, becoming a cornerstone of how we deliver our events program across Australia and New Zealand. She brought to it her strong attention to detail and genuine care for stakeholders.
Eugenia, it has been a privilege to have you as part of the ALGA team. From all of us: Thank you, and we wish you all the very best in your next chapter.

As I step away from ALGA, I want to take a moment to say thank you.
To the team, thank you for your support, professionalism and the way you show up every day. It has been a pleasure working alongside you. I will also truly miss attending our events together. Being on the ground, connecting with members and seeing everything come together was always a highlight.
To our CEO, thank you for your leadership. Your positivity, kindness and clear direction have had a real impact. It has been inspiring to be part of that.
A special thank you to my warm-hearted colleagues who show kindness and honesty in how they work with others, not just with me. That care makes a real difference to the quality of our work, more than it is often recognised.
To our members and volunteers, thank you for everything you give to the association. Your contribution is what ALGA is built on. Without you, none of this works.
Over the past three years, I have seen the association grow and evolve. It is in a strong place and continues to move forward with purpose. I am proud to have been part of that journey.
I leave with mixed feelings. I am truly sad to go, but very grateful for the experience and the people I have met along the way.
