Connect locally with a Network of Passionate Individuals.
Are you passionate about creating a more sustainable future? Then this is the event for you!
Join us as we explore the transformative work happening across our region to reduce waste, conserve resources, and lower carbon emissions—especially within the roading sector, where innovative recycling and reuse efforts are paving the way for greener infrastructure.
We’re also proud to highlight our cross-council collaboration with Para Kore, where we’re going back to basics by developing a network of community compost hubs. These hubs are more than just a way to manage organic waste—they’re a powerful tool for reconnecting communities with the land, supporting local food growing, and regenerating soil health through collective action.
And don’t miss insights from our laboratory teams, who are tackling the unique sustainability challenges behind the scenes. From reducing energy use to managing plastic waste, they’re working hard to balance environmental responsibility with scientific excellence.
Whether you’re in the industry, a community leader, or simply passionate about the planet, this event is your chance to connect, learn, and be part of the movement toward a greener future.
