Sean O'Rourke has more than 27 years of experience in the explosive ordnance (EO) profession. He served in the military as a special operation forces explosive ordnance disposal technician, specialising in countering the threat of conventional, improvised, chemical, biological, and radiological warfare.

He was previously employed as the specialist lead on a program to introduce updated Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear equipment to the Australian Defence Force and is now GHD's Explosive Ordnance Management Services Technical Director, leading the UXO and explosive infrastructure capability, with experience across a diverse range of UXO projects

William Rowlands is the Operations Manager at Gap Explosive Ordnance Detection in Brisbane, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geophysics from the University of Tasmania. William has spent the last 9 years conducting geophysical surveys for UXO in the South Pacific, South East Asia, USA, Europe and Australia.
