Sydney Branch Event – EPA Fire-Side Chat

Please join us on the 6th of November for a fire side chat with Steve Beaman, Executive Director of Regulatory Practice and Services at the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).

You’ll hear first-hand from Steve about the EPA’s modern regulatory approach to overcoming the challenges of contaminated land now and for the years to come. Further, Steve will highlight the importance the EPA places on collaboration, particularly through the planning process and how this focus on listening and learning from stakeholders is being used to improve environmental outcomes.

In the spirit of collaboration, Steve’s presentation will be followed by a lengthy Q&A session, where you are invited to voice your perspectives and ask questions on current regulatory settings and areas for improvement. Don’t miss this great opportunity to learn more about how the EPA makes decisions around managing contaminated land in NSW and to help shape regulations in the space moving forward.
