Are you wanting to understand more detail on Crown tenure, land assembly and responsibility? The speakers at this event, Joshua Cacceta and Simon Gregg, can help.
Joshua will provide an overview of how DPLH administers Crown land to support infrastructure, commercial development, land management and conservation outcomes including Western Australia’s transition to renewable energy.
Simon will explore how Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) and local governments impose conditions for subdivision and development approvals. The presentation will focus on conditions which require a contaminated site investigation and consider the situations where these are imposed.
