Tai is an accomplished engineer with 35 years’ experience in the environmental industry. He specialises in plant engineering design for the handling and treatment of contaminated soils and chemical wastes. He was the first in Australia to build and operate a prototype thermal desorption treatment plant in 1990, proving that it is an effective and viable remediation solution for contaminated organics. Since then, his experience has only deepened, designing and running treatment plants across Australia, Canada and even as far afield as the Czech Republic. Tai joined Ventia in 2020 and is our current Facility Manager, responsible for the operation of EarthSure’s soil treatment plants. Tai’s decades of experience mean our customers benefit from efficient processes and innovative solutions that reduce project costs and improve outcomes.
