Too Long Haven’t Read (TLHR): the words we dread hearing from a client or a stakeholder after delivery of a diligently written report. Often our great technical ideas and initiatives get bogged down amid regulatory compliant reporting or lost on broader audiences through our inability to effectively communicate our key concepts/findings/research.
Join us to hear science communication expert Dr. Lesley Stone discuss the value of effective and inspirational storytelling, how we are hot-wired to engage in stories, and methods to help us communicate key scientific concepts to a broad audience effectively. These may be the single most valuable skills you can learn to allow you to deliver effective outcomes and change.
