Fei manages a large portfolio of accounts and helps customers with planning, pricing, compliance and day-to-day operational needs across different waste streams.
Jenny Caicedo is an accomplished Chemical Engineer and MBA with over 15 years of experience in industry. Jenny was named Salesperson of the Year at WM New Zealand for her proven ability to build effective sales systems and lead high-performing teams. Jenny manages a major waste management sector portfolio, putting her deep technical knowledge and with sharp commercial nous to good use.
Laurence Dolan is an accomplished Kaiwhakahaere Taiao - Environmental Manager at EnviroNZ. As a passionate practitioner, he specialises in advancing sustainability by blending robust environmental outcomes with a company’s broader triple bottom line objectives. Laurence’s background includes all facets of environmental management, planning, and compliance, with core expertise spanning team mentorship, the implementation of environmental management systems, and sustainability data reporting. His extensive hands-on experience also includes leading complex resource consent processes, compliance auditing, operational site assessments, and conducting thorough environmental investigations alongside key third-party consultation and technical training.
Annalise has a background in science education, regulatory compliance, contaminated land consulting and pollution response. She has been the Environmental Specialist at Enviro NZ's Pokeno Resource Recovery Centre for 9 years.
