WEBINAR - Think It before You frame It - Effective Risk Communication for Experts: The Use of Imagery
Have you ever prepared what you thought was a high-quality presentation and then realised that it failed to deliver the message you wanted to send? It is a common enough experience for remediation experts when communicating technical details about remediation to non-experts. Be they a client, local government or community group, stakeholders are not all the same and the risk message sent to them needs to be tailored to their information needs. So what works best? Using imagery is the key but what to select? In this webinar Kate will offer guidance on image selection and design and provide examples, a case study and tips about effective risk communication for experts.
