The Value of Diversity and Inclusion in Our Work

The Value of Diversity and Inclusion in Our Work

Attend ONLINE or IN PERSON.

This event will include a discussion on:

  • Companies and projects which have a diverse and inclusive workforce in turn have a wider variety of ideas and talent to choose from, which means they're capable of better products and services.
  • How diversity is proven to increase innovation and build customer and product loyalty.
  • How focusing on diversity ensures everyone has a “seat at the table” and the communities we work in are supported.
  • Shared conversation from clients who see the value in diversity and inclusion, contractors supplying a diverse and inclusive workforce, and policy makers on the subject to learn more about where we currently sit as an industry, the value in focusing on increasing diversity in our industry, how to go about increasing diversity in our workforce.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. Drinks and nibbles will be served.
Attendees can also view the presentation remotely (just like an ALGA webinar). A unique access link will be sent to registrants on the morning of the event.
If you are unable to attend on the day, the session will be recorded and available to view later.
