Sustainable Remediation

Sustainable Remediation

Sustainable remediation has been defined as ‘the practice of demonstrating, in terms of environmental, economic and social indicators, that the benefit of undertaking remediation is greater than its impact and that the optimum remediation solution is selected through the use of a balanced decision-making process. Sustainable remediation should be part of our decision-making process on all remediation projects, no matter the size, and is an important concept in relation to climate change.

Join us online as Scott Warner, Principal Hydrogeologist with Ramboll, speaks about sustainable remediation and the important role this concept plays now and in the future of our industry.

We will conclude the session with audience driven questions and answers. Please email me at elearning@landandgroundwater.com with any detailed aspects of the subject you would like addressed.
