Sustainable Remediation - An Overview and Latest From Europe and South America

Dr Olivier Maurer is a member of ISRA, International Sustainable Remediation Alliance, regrouping the SuRF Chapters, a former NICOLE board member and leader of their sustainable remediation workgroup from 2008 until 2012, founder of NICOLE Brasil in 2013, and Global Account Manager with Golder based in France. He will share his experience in developing and implementing sustainable strategies for contaminated land in Europe and South America. This session will help you to understand what SR is about and give you the hints necessary to start using it.

Dr. Olivier Maurer is a Global Account and Program Manager with Golder based in Lyon, France. Olivier brings more than 30 years of experience in environmental science and engineering, servicing the industry, solving complex and sensitive contaminated land project challenges. Since 2008 he’s been a co-leader of NICOLE's Sustainable Remediation Work Group, founder and board member of NICOLE Brasil, organizer of Sustrem2018 in Sao Paulo, promoting state of the art sustainable and safe solutions with passion.
