Microplastics in the environment: Theory and Practise
Dr Julia Jaeger from Eurofins Environment Testing Australia & New Zealand will present on this emerging permanent pollutant. Ubiquitous across terrestrial, marine and freshwater habitats microplastics are increasingly being found in the food chain, the effects of which are currently poorly understood. Julia will focus on the analytical challenges of microplastic samples and their collection.
