Lessons Learned From Large Investigations for PFAS
This presentation will discuss each stage of investigations and some of the observations, issues identified and lessons learned about investigating PFAS in mixed environments. PFAS compounds bring unique challenges compared to other contaminants due to their persistence and selective accumulation, the range of applications and products they have been used in, and the absence of guidance values for many detectable compounds.
