About The Presenters

Rachael Zame, Senior Associate - Cooney Lees Morgan. Rachael specialises in resource management, environmental law and local government.  She regularly advises local authorities and private clients in relation to a wide range of matters including planning, consenting, regulatory and environmental issues.  She has a particular interest in freshwater matters and has recently been involved in Plan Change 10 relating to nutrient management of Lake Rotorua.

Mark Harding, Associate - Cooney Lees Morgan. Mark’s career has been spent at the intersection of the environment and business. In addition to resource management law expertise, he has deep experience in sustainability and environmental business with a particular expertise in climate change. Mark enjoys working with people to move them forward in their resource management and sustainability goals and challenges.
